Fusi is a young Chinese American designer grew up in Sacramento, California and habit in both U.S. and Italy. She specialized in contemporary womenswear, evening gowns, and textile surface designs and devoted to fashion sustainability research.  In 2021, she received her master's degree in collection design under the mentorship of Marco de Vincenzo at Polimoda Institute in Italy. In terms of early study background, Fusi obtained her bachelors in design and economics at the University of California, Davis. She studied design with emphases in fashion and textile and economics with specification in international macro-finance. She also studied fashion marketing in Paris, France. After college, she joined Evaro Italia, an Italian womenswear label based in Florence, Italy and San Francisco as the fashion and marketing assistant.  As now, she is the founder of Sef'usi and a designer of Los Angeles based contemporary womenswear label, serving Nordstrom and boutiques across United States.

Despite design, Fusi loves traveling and photography. Travel allow her to explore the culture and people of the area, discover herself, and stay passionate. Photography is Fusi's greatest hobbies, but also her inspiration and mode of developing designs. Through photography, Fusi hopes to practice the habit of close observation to details in life and shares her discoveries to others.
